With roots in hospitality and a career spanning brand, marketing and business development, Nitin brings together the different worlds that have come to shape SKYMAX.

As Founder & Managing Director, he leads the direction of the group — exploring where there is something worthwhile to build, shaping the thinking behind each enterprise, and bringing together the people and capabilities required to take it forward.

For Nitin, SKYMAX is less about building a collection of businesses than building a body of work that can stand behind its name.

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Shilpa brings a measured, organisational perspective to the ambitions of the group, informed by experience that includes time within an international business environment at Yum International.

As Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer, she works across SKYMAX to bring structure to growth and continuity to execution — ensuring that ideas are supported by the discipline required to carry them well.

Her role reflects a principle that runs through the group: ambition matters, but so does the manner in which it is pursued.

Ranjeet Singh

F&B Consultant

An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, Ranjeet brings deep food-service and operational experience to SKYMAX's hospitality thinking.

His perspective has been shaped across corporate dining and multi-site F&B environments, where quality depends not only on what is served, but on the systems, standards and people behind it.

At SKYMAX, he helps translate that experience into an approach to food service that is thoughtful at the table and disciplined behind it.
